Chefs Yoel Garavito-Sallini, Pablo Humbser & Jaime Marimón

Three friends who shared the passion for food and Pisco, joined to create a new food and beverage concept,  Yoel Garavito-Salini graduated from Ecole Hotelier de Glion in Switzerland former Hotel Manager, Chef Pablo Humbser graduated from Los Andes Culinary School in Lima Peru and Jaime Marimón, Pisco producer.

They all shared their experience achieved,  through their time working around the world in Spain, Thailand, Egypt, Switzerland and USA in top Hotels and Restaurants, to offer this simple, back to roots, but sophisticated and modern  new fine dining outdoor concept of Rustic Live Cuisine made in  wok stations, clay ovens, Grills and firewood stoves.
