DAY 1:  Day of Arrival - Lima

At your arrival into the International Jorge Chavez Airport, our bilingual staff will transfer you in Autopullman to start a City Tour in Lima.

City Tour -  Lima Colonial 

Visit Lima´s  Historic Center, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It´s long, wooden balconies were used during the Viceroyalty by flirty "tapadas" in order to see while not being seen. Colonial buildings surround the Main Plaza and the Cathedral stands out impressively. The Presidential Palace, City Hall and the Archbishop´s Plaza complete a nice vista. Stroll down to  San Francisco Church, which stores an enviable collection of ancient books and is croseed by a network of catacombs now open to the public.

Flight to Cusco

Transfer to Lima National Airport to take your flight to Cusco.

DAY 2:  Cusco City Tour & nearby Ruins

 Cusco City tour

You will start your tour with a visit to the Coricancha, also knows as the "Temple of the Sun". This is when the Sun (Inti in Quechua) was worshipped during the Inca Empireand at the time of the Incas its walls were fully covered with gold sheets. Then you will go to the Cathedral, the most important building on the Main Square and one of the most splendid Spanish colonial churches in America.

Visit to Sacsayhuamán fortress: The Ecclesiastical Chapter ordered to extract and transport hundreds of stones from the Sacsayhuamán fortress for this purpose. You will then visit said fortress, en emblematic work of the Incas, which protected the Holy City. Conceived and built by Inca Pachacútec in the 15th century, The Sacsayhuamán complex was built with megalithic blocks, which transportation and construction continue to be a mystery.

Lunch in a local restaurant, where you can taste the best dishes of the region

Visit San Blas, where you will find an old adobe church, a lovely waterfall, shops, Art Galleries and walk through the fabulous Artisan Quarter.

DAY 3 - Cusco, Sacred Valley, Outdoor Activity

Visit to Pisac village & Market

You wil start en route to the Sacred Valley. You will then visit the Pisac citadel, a town shaped as a partridge, which is well known for two reasons: for the craft market established between c olonial buildens and for housing one of the most impressive complex of agricultural terraces of the Valley.

Visit to Ollantaytambo

Visit to Ollantaytambo, a typical example of the urban planning of the Incas, whose residents still live in accordance with their old traditions. The Ollantaytambo fortress is a huge archaeological complex.

Transfer to Train Station to take the train to Aguas Calientes

DAY 4 - Machu Picchu 

Machu Picchu & Hike to the Old Mountain, Machu Picchu, which means "Old Mountain, is considered a World Heritage by Unesco and one of the  7th. Wonders of the World. Perched 400 m above the Sacred Vilcamayo River, this nearly intact archaeological site will give you insidht into the many elements of the  Inca Culture. You will be able to appreciate their skill in astronomy, architecture, engineering and masonry, as well as receiving an introduction to their social structure and organization, as you receive a guided tour of the site.

Visit Intiwatana: Circle of Energy - Session of Meditation

Lunch at Cafe Inkaterra, where you can admire the Vilcanota river surrounded by mountains. 

In the afternoon return by train.  A transportation service with a guide will pick you up from train station and will transfer you to your hotel in Sacred Valley

DAY 5 - Maras & Moray - 

Outdoor Activity (Yoga, Stretching, etc.)

Visit to Moray

You will start your tour visiting Moray´s archaeological vestiges are composed of mysterious  concentric circular terraces which,  according to some scholars, would be an agrucultural research center. The higher external t erraces would be at a higher temperature ant the inner ones and could simulate the conditions of various ecological strata of the Empire.

Visit to Maras 

Maras, is a surreal view. It is an impressive complex for the exploitation of salt mines. Its huge alt deposits were used to trade them for other products with other parts of the empire.

Lunch at Orihuela Farm - This restaurant is part of an old Spanish Hacienda and has its own private collection of Pre-Inca, Inca and Post Inca artifacts.

DAY 6 - Sacred Valley - Chincheros - Shaman - Cusco

Transfer from Sacred Valley to Chincheros town.

Chincheros, where the stone is the main protagonist, is strtegically located at the intersection of thre roads that connect, Cusco, Yucay and Pumamarca.

Outdoor Activity - Ceremony of Despacho and Fire with Shaman Q´ero

Despacho Ceremony: A communication and connection with Pachamama and forces of Nature. In the Andean tradtions of Perú, a Despacho is a ceremonial offering to Pachamama (mother earth) and the Apus (Mountain Spirits)

 Ceremony of Fire:  This is a shamanic tecnique for purification.  The fastest way to transform is by working with the element of fire - which is a spark of our life giving Sun.

DAY 7 - Departure from Cusco to Lima
